Should the age limit for driving be 17 rumoured to be going up to 18 or should it be considerably higher? Do you think this could be an opening to create less accidents and speeding through juvanile behaviour?

I do think that the age limit to become a driver should be raised to 21, as there must be some maturity to go with being permitted to hurl a lethal weapon, weighing several tonnes at high speeds at people.
I also think that all drivers should be retested at regular intervals, rather than only once, so that bad drivers and people that have picked up bad habits can be removed from being a danger to the public.
